You can now request a refund from Fortnite Manufacturer Epic Games’ $245 million settlement with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC alleged that Fortnite players purchased in-game products by accident due to design tricks, and both sides agreed to the settlement, which was announced as part of a broader $520 million settlement in December.

You can visit www.ftc.gov/Fortnite to request the refund and learn more. The FTC says you can apply if any of the following conditions are true:

Between January 2017 and September 2022, you were charged in-game currency for items you didn’t want.

Your child charged your credit card without your knowledge between January 2017 and November 2018
