Shannon Beador’s photo will not be released following her arrest for drunk driving and hit-and-run.
Although the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star’s arrest record is public — and was obtained by Page Six — the Newport Beach Police Department will not share her photo because the case is still ongoing.
In response to Page Six’s public records request requesting the image, the DPNB’s records manager cited a government code stating that the image was exempt because it “would jeopardize the success of the investigation or ‘a related investigation’.
Our requests for a 911 call and any dashcam footage were also denied because law enforcement is “not required to release” such information.
These are the same reasons why fellow “RHOC” star Gina Kirschenheiter’s photo from her 2019 DUI was never made public.

The Real for Real founder was arrested Saturday evening after driving her car into a residence and walking away before finally stopping in the middle of the street.
The arrest record indicated Beador, 59, had two felony convictions: hit-and-run and driving under the influence of alcohol.
The Bravolebrity was released from jail early Sunday on her own recognizance and posted $2,500 bail after leaving a written promise to appear in court.

“I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday,” Beador’s attorney, Mike Fell, said in a statement Monday. “She is extremely sorry and remorseful.

“We will await official information on this matter as soon as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” he concluded.

Her friend Jeff Lewis, meanwhile, said on his podcast that Beador was “ashamed” of her actions and would enter counseling.
“I don’t think Shannon is an alcoholic,” he clarified. “I think as a close friend, I think she’s going through a lot of personal struggles right now, and I think she’s probably leaned into alcohol, but I don’t think she or an alcoholic.”

Photos obtained by Page Six exclusively showed the aftermath of Beador’s crash that left behind a trail of destruction.
Not only did his car leave marks on the gray exterior of the building, but the vehicle was also damaged and left some of its parts behind.
She also appeared to hit a shrub, as it was uprooted and leaning against a tree.
