Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak makes Vanna White nervous on stage after shocking the audience with a joke about her co-star

WHEEL of Fortune fans who didn’t reach for their remotes had a no doubt shocking closing moment Wednesdaythe episode.

Pat Sajak, 76, made Vanna White, 65, visibly uncomfortable as the credits rolled, joking that she was once “in jail”.

The Wheel of Fortune episode bonus puzzle was looking for “Baffling Mystery”.

Although contestant Alisha with $12,000 was the only one to try, she couldn’t solve it, missing a Ford car.

The show turned into a commercial and when it came back, Pat ended up saying something that confused him.

He turned to Vanna who was standing next to him in a chic pink dress.

“I HAD TO VISIT IN PRISON”

“Are there any mysteries we should know about you?” Vanna asked.

“There are no mysteries about me, however disconcerting I am,” Pat joked.

“As you know, from our years together.”

Vanna laughed and Pat added, “We’ve been through a lot in 40 years.

The crowd roared in such a wave of astonishment that it was stronger than them.

“I don’t remember,” Vanna answered nervously, stepping away from Pat.

“It was you ?” Pat added. “Well, you were – you had other problems at the time.”

The crowd laughed pretty loud again and it added some extra effect to the whole faded riff.

“We’ll see you next time for another walk down memory lane!” Pat closed.

“Goodbye,” Vanna said, pointing at Pat and noticing the crowd’s disgust, she added, “He’s kidding!”
