The Dragons won their opening two matches against Portugal and Fiji to put themselves in a dominant position.

Meanwhile, their opponents are in real danger of not making it out of the group stage unless they win here.
Australia were upset by Fiji in their last match, losing 22-15.
That leaves Eddie Jones’ men in a precarious position: they must beat Wales and hope Fiji fail against Georgia or Portugal to have any chance of qualifying.

Wales vs Australia: what was said?
Australian head coach Jones admits this match is the Wallabies’ last chance.
Speaking after Fiji’s defeat, he said: “If you do the numbers, it’s probably going to be a (do or die) game.
“We now head to Wales. These are the weeks you remember where you are under the pump a lot and you have to produce a good performance.

“We’re starting to think about how we should play against Wales. The only thing we’re worried about is Wales this week.
“We would be happy to play them tomorrow if they wanted to. We would arrange the television coverage. We look forward to the challenge.”
