Ukraine’s state emergency service reported on Monday that a Russian strike damaged one of its facilities in Dnipro. Images released by the service show the badly damaged building and firefighters working at the scene.
Head of the Kyiv State Emergency Service, Serhiy Kurk, wrote on social media that “the destruction of units of the National Emergency Service is a flagrant violation of the standards of the Geneva Convention”.
