MATT LeBlanc has been spotted in Los Angeles for the first time since The Sun revealed he had split from his TV producer wife Aurora Mulligan.
The Friends star, 54, looked crestfallen on a walk in Sherman Oaks, dressed in a gray long-sleeved shirt, distressed blue jeans and bright red sneakers.
Matt – Joey Tribbiani in the American sitcom – shielded his eyes in a baseball cap as he checked out a classic car at an autoshop.
The star has split from his British girlfriend, 36, after almost six years together.
A source said the former Top Gear and Aurora host – who worked on the car show – had “taken a clean break, but it’s still very raw”.
The pair were first linked after Matt became the BBC show’s first non-British host in 2016.
The Sun revealed they were dating in May and were seen at the Hickstead Derby in West Sussex, England in June. Spectators said they looked “dumbstruck”.
In 2017 they made their red carpet debut at a New York film festival and in 2018 they attended the UK launch of the 25th series of Top Gear as a couple.
Father-of-one Matt called her ‘darling’ on social media while Aurora, who is from County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, joked he was an ‘old geezer “.
They have kept a low profile in Los Angeles where Matt, who once dated actress Andrea Anders, moved in 2019.
A source said: “Matt and Aurora’s relationship has run its course. It’s all over.
“It’s such a shame and Matt took the news particularly hard, as anyone would.
“He and Aurora fell in love with each other on Top Gear and although there was quite a big age gap, they were a really good match.
“But when he announced he was leaving Top Gear and taking another job, it was tough on them. He’s mainly based in LA and traveled a lot while Aurora worked in the UK.
