U.K. Health Minister Matt Hancock apologizes over photo of him kissing his top aide

LONDON — Britain’s Health and fitness Minister Matt Hancock apologized on Friday and recognized he had breached social-distancing direction just after a tabloid newspaper revealed a photo of him kissing and embracing his best aide in his place of work.
