Tyson Fury reveals Anthony Joshua fight talks underway for Wembley showdown in shock twist

Boxing fans have been expecting news of a potential unification bout between the reigning WBC world champion and Oleksandr Usyk, who won his belts in a rematch against Joshua last year.
But the undefeated 34-year-old Fury knocked out Usyk and turned his attention to Joshua for a highly anticipated fight that has been discussed many times.
“A few days ago I sent a draft contract to Anthony Joshua for a fight in September at Wembley,” he posted on Instagram Friday night.
“It’s a fight that everyone wants to see, including myself. Come from AJ, let’s give the world what it wants to see.
“This time, I’m not going to make a million videos and keep putting the pressure on. The ball is now on your side…”
Joshua, 33, said standard sports after his victory over Jermaine Franklin in April, a fight with Fury appeared further than ever.
Talks between the two sides collapsed late last year, which led to Joshua getting into a showdown with Deontay Wilder in a mega doubleheader event featuring Usyk versus Fury in Saudi Arabia.
However, the prospect of the Ukrainian finally facing the ‘Gypsy King’ seems once again off the table.
“Usyk is ab*tch, I already told you guys that,” Fury wrote on his Instagram Stories. “He ran away from April 29, made a million excuses.”
