Trump wonders if he will run for president in 2024: “I don’t think we will have a choice”


EXCLUSIVE: Former President Trump, teasing his plans for 2024, told Fox News the country “was getting to a point where we really had no choice” but to run for president again.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the former president was asked about his plans for a possible White House candidacy in 2024.

“I don’t think we’ll have a choice,” Trump told Fox News. “It is shameful.”

Trump then called the Biden administration’s withdrawal of US military assets from Afghanistan “the greatest embarrassment in our country’s history.”

“When you look at Afghanistan and what happened, and death for no reason, just for no reason,” Trump said, adding that “military parents – they want to talk to me – they don’t want to talk to Biden” .

“They are just devastated,” he said.

“It’s getting to a point where we really don’t have a choice,” he added.

Trump then called President Biden “an incompetent person as the leader of our country” and called his administration a “divisive.”

“They keep telling everyone how they want to come together, to be inclusive – they’re not inclusive,” Trump said. “They are very, very divisive and divisive.”

It is not known at this point if and when Trump will make an official announcement on his plans for 2024.

Over the weekend, the former president was questioned by a group of law enforcement officials at an event commemorating 20 years of the 9/11 attacks about his potential campaign decision, to which he replied, “I think you are going to be happy.”
