Toddler who pulled off Cheeseburger’s ‘Heist’ gets hero’s reception on Twitter

Twitter users have found their hero of the week.

A resourceful 2-year-old from Texas has been hailed a ‘legend’, ‘icon’ and ‘warrior’ after he secretly ordered himself 31 cheeseburgers with a food delivery app on his mother’s phone.

Kelsey Golden shared her son Barrett’s story on social media last week, and evidently struck a chord, putting it on news programs across the country. Golden told media she thought Barrett was just playing with the camera on her locked phone, until a DoorDash driver arrived with a $91 order, including a $16 tip to the delivery person. .

Barrett’s initiative clearly resonated with Twitter users, who expressed admiration after a story about her journey exploded on social media on Monday.
