Tiger Woods’ ex-wife has ‘no interest in his personal life’ amid lawsuit by ex-girlfriend: report

Tiger Woods is in the midst of two lawsuits brought by his former girlfriend Erica Herman, who is seeking compensation for being kicked out of a house she lived in with the golfer and for getting out of under a nondisclosure agreement she has signed.

Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has no idea or concerns about her ex-husband’s lawsuit, according to People magazine. A source close to Nordegren said she had “no interest” in the legendary golfer’s personal life.

“That aspect of Tiger’s life is none of her business,” the source close to Nordegren told the magazine. “She’s not interested in her personal life or what’s going on with her various girlfriends. That part of her life was over a long time ago.”

Woods and Nordegren were part of a high-profile split in 2010 when Woods revealed his infidelity following a single-vehicle crash near their Florida home. The two have two children together and the source told People that their tensions have eased in recent years for the sake of their children.

“She would never get back together with him, but she likes that he’s a good dad. She’s seen him over the years, which has helped them build a good relationship. They co-parent pretty well,” the girl said. source to magazine.

“Of course, she must be very confident that the children are safe and happy with whoever Tiger is with, especially if the romance gets serious,” the source adds. “To that extent, she’s very interested. But not much else.”

Herman is demanding $30 million from the Jupiter Irrevocable Trust because she claimed trust agents used “ruse” to get her out of the house. She also claimed an “oral tenancy agreement” was broken when she was removed from the home.

Additionally, Herman seeks to clarify what she is permitted to say under the NDA. Citing the Speak Out Act, she says she shouldn’t be confined to an NDA. The Speak Out Act, signed in 2022, “prohibits the judicial enforceability of a non-disclosure clause or a non-disparagement clause agreed upon before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment in violation federal, tribal, or state law”.
