Cory Suter, who is the chief shepherd and owner of Lamb Mowers Fairfax, explains how his thriving business attracts people for various types of lawn care needs.

“All of our soils here in the United States had over 8 percent organic matter, and now we’re down to just about half a percent and a lot of our farmland. And that just means there’s not much left nutrients in that soil to feed us,” Suter said. “It’s fueling the obesity epidemic in the United States to have soils that are depleted of nutrients and organic matter.
