When you think of WWE, the much-loved Attitude Era comes to mind and with it, its most beloved faction – D-Generation X.

Led by Shawn Michaels and Triple H, the New Age Outlaws, Chyna and X-Pac were the group that repeatedly terrorized opponents and officials.

X-Pac, real name Sean Waltman, rose to superstardom during the 1990s, battling stars such as The Rock before becoming a four-time WWE tag team champion.

Famous for his rock star looks, X-Pac became a member of the WWE Hall of Fame twice, both with D-Generation X and as part of the NWO.

The 51-year-old has made a handful of appearances on WWE programming since officially announcing his retirement from the ring in 2019.

Although he hung up his boots, Waltman maintained a keen interest in wrestling and it appears he put much of his effort into staying in shape, in case he ever got the call.

Judging by his Instagram posts, he is arguably in the best condition of his life with a chiseled physique.

A revamped look also saw the now-retired wrestler remove the trademark long locks for a new, shorter style.

He recently posted a photo alongside WWE legend Mick Foley and current star and NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, appearing in good spirits.

Waltman made a miraculous turnaround from well-documented substance abuse problems.

The culmination of his battle came during his relationship with D-Generation X member Chyna (real name Joanie Laurer), who died in 2016.

Waltman made a brief in-ring appearance in February 2022 for independent wrestling promotion GCW (Game Changer Wrestling), but has not wrestled since.

But as the saying goes, “never say never” – a quote that 16-time world champion Ric Flair can attest to.
