The View fans vow to boycott the show after Whoopi Goldberg defied viewers’ wishes and brought back ‘most hateful’ celebrity guest
FANS of The View have threatened to boycott the show, after host Whoopi Goldberg hosted radio host Charlamagne tha God again.
Viewers were quick to express their displeasure with his appearance, calling him one of the show’s most obnoxious celebrity guests.

Earlier this week, Charlamagne, real name Lenard Larry McKelvey, was asked to talk politics.
To the surprise of some of the other hosts, he lashed out at Liz Cheney, after Ana Navarro called her a “profile of courage” and a “hero” in today’s politics.
But the 44-year-old late-night talk show host strongly disagreed.
“She was an accomplice for four years,” he replied. “When you ride with Donald Trump on almost everything for four years, I don’t think you can be considered a hero.”
On Twitter, fans cheered, angry that he was allowed on the show to begin with.
“Charlemane tha…whatever,” one person dismissed.
“I’m out,” another tweeted bluntly, adding the hashtag #TheView.
While a third spoke: “I will pass on the Charlamagne segment. You understood.”
A fan further explained his displeasure with the host.
“He doesn’t interview well, gets on tangents about his life and his struggle, and it’s not even such a good story,” the person explained.
“Honestly, it looks like he’s doing these shows for the money and he doesn’t even enjoy them.
“He doesn’t seem like an honest person who cares about other people and wants to get to know them, he’s just there to collect a paycheck.”

But Charlamage seems to have a fan in Whoopi, who concluded his segment by inviting him to stay longer next time.
“You should come back and co-host with us at some point,” Whoopi said, before thanking him and moving on to publicity.
Again, fans took to Twitter to express their displeasure at the possibility.
“Here she is inviting people to co-host,” one fan tweeted along with a disapproving gif.
“Whoopi, with her co-host courtesy offer just extended to CTG,” added another, along with a series of crying and laughing emojis. “Not in my care.”
