The man accused of beating his eight-year-old girlfriend’s son to death before the couple left his rotting corpse in a house of horrors with their three other starving children, repeatedly bragged about the food and family on social networks.
Brian Coulter was arrested and charged with the murder of Kendrick Lee on Tuesday, two days after authorities discovered the child’s skeletal remains in a CityParc II unit at West Oaks Apartments in Harris County, Texas.
Gloria Williams’ 31-year-old boyfriend allegedly murdered Kendrick on November 20, 2020 by punching and kicking him to death, according to the criminal complaint.
For the next 11 months, the boy’s body was pushed into a closet to decompose while his three brothers – aged 15, 10 and seven – were abandoned at home, malnourished and left to fend for themselves, according to the documents.
Mr Coulter’s bail was set at $ 1 million on Wednesday morning and he is currently being held in a mental health facility, according to KHOU.
If he is released on bail, he is ordered to have no contact with children or with Ms Williams. He must also agree to GPS surveillance, a 24-hour curfew, and not leave the county.
MS Williams was also arrested on Tuesday and charged with felony charges of injuring a child by omission and tampering with a human corpse.
The 35-year-old mother of four is accused of hiding her son’s death, starving one of her other surviving sons and failing to protect another from injury.
The gruesome circumstances came to light on Sunday when the 15-year-old boy called the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to report that his younger brother had been dead for a year and his remains lay in the room next to his.
The teenager told authorities his parents had not lived with him and his two surviving siblings in the apartment for several months.
When MPs arrived at the scene, they found the young boy’s skeletal remains as well as his three malnourished and injured brothers. The youngest of the children had facial injuries.
On Mr Coulter’s Instagram account, he has repeatedly shown plates of food over the past year – while starving his girlfriend’s children.
In other posts, he is seen showing off rhinestone chains and jewelry, repeatedly using the n word and repeatedly posting the acronym “FOE” – “Family Over Everything”.
He also posted several bizarre videos of him wandering around in front of the camera, often inside a house or car.
“The best steak I have ever had”
In a photo, posted in September 2020 two months before Kendrick’s alleged murder, Mr Coulter shared a photo of a huge pot full of spaghetti and ground meat in gravy.
He captioned the image: “FAMILY FOE OVER EVERYTHING we eat well if you outside of that family (the brand / movement) we will end up enjoying this whole pot lovingly made FAMILY FOE OVER ALL ALL DAY ALL DAYS !!!”
Another article, dated February 10 of this year, shows a plate of tacos with the caption “enemy we eat well”.
Four days later, Mr. Coulter posted a video on Instagram on February 14 where he bragged about eating “the best steak I’ve ever had” and told the camera people are eating one of the best steaks in the world. jail.
The video begins with Mr. Coulter showing a plate filled with a steak, mash and greens next to a glass of rose wine.
He begins to eat in front of the camera while Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror” plays in the background.
“This is the best steak I have ever had,” he says.
Ms Williams is seen in the background in the video at one point and they are both heard screaming at another person off camera.
“Don’t sneak around like that. You know I’m going to see this n *****, ”Mr. Coulter told the person.
“You know I will. I see it all.”

In several of Mr. Coulter’s Instagram posts, he references “FOE” or “Family Over Everything” in captions and the 31-year-old has the phrase tattooed on his arm.
Mr Coulter is seen showing off the tattoo which reads: “FOE Family Over Everything” in a post on September 12, 2020 – 10 weeks before he allegedly beat his girlfriend’s son to death.

A file search by The independent also discovered that Mr. Coulter had registered eight shell companies in 2017, all named variants of “FOE” or “FOE Productions”.
