Amber recently took to Instagram to share with her fans how she regulates her mental health.

The Teen Mom alum shared an image with the quote, “Choose people who are good for your mental health,” on her personal social media account.
Amber, 32, captioned the explicit post: “The choice is yours. Limits are so important and I’m on this path. #grow everyday.”
Many fans co-signed the ex-reality star’s post in the comments section of her post.

Since Amber lost custody of her four-year-old son James, her ex Andrew Glennon, 38, now has full custody, and fans have been concerned for her and her sanity.
Although not being James’ primary caretaker was tough on Amber, she received good news from the judge regarding her son in November 2022.
The US Sun exclusively revealed that Amber now has better access to her son through phone calls and FaceTime chats, since her no contact order against Andrew was lifted.
The more open lines of communication between Amber and James could be a game changer for Amber’s ongoing relationship with her son, given that he now lives more than 2,000 miles away from her with his father in California.
The judge’s ruling said Amber was now “entitled to liberal phone calls and/or FaceTime communication with the child.”
If Amber and Andrew can’t agree on days and times for her calls, the judge sets a schedule for each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. PT.
Amber’s no-contact order was lifted in June, and Andrew appears to have moved with baby James to California in recent months.
JAMES’ GREAT MOVEMENT
As the US Sun previously exclusively revealed, court documents confirmed that Andrew officially lives away from Amber, Indiana and that he and their son James now reside at his mother’s $5million estate. in Malibu.
After a long and brutal custody battle between the Teen Mom star and her ex, an Indiana judge awarded Andrew sole custody of James in July and granted his motion to move in with the four-year-old in California.
In the new filing, obtained exclusively by The Sun from a California court, Andrew is now listed as living on his mother’s estate, with the document also claiming: “Based on information and belief, the place properly belongs in this court because the defendant resides in this judicial district at the time this action is brought.”
The US Sun first reported that Amber had lost custody of James and Andrew would be allowed to move out.
Andrew and James recently moved more than 2,000 miles from Amber’s home in Indiana.
The custodial judge granted Andrew’s request to move with James to his mother’s estate, which is on a sprawling three-acre plot.
