Saints boss Ruben Selles has confirmed that former Spurs defender Kyle Walker-Peters needs a fitness test after picking up a knock in their loss to Brentford. Ainsley Maitland-Niles is also believed not to be fully fit, meaning James Bree looks most likely to start at right-back.

For Spurs, few changes are expected. Ivan Perisic could replace Ben Davies and Emerson Royal is back in light training, although Conte is unlikely to tinker too much.
