But preparing for Sofia’s wedding wasn’t all fun and games. In December, she shared a glimpse of her “strict diet” on Instagram Stories.
“My wedding is a few months away so I wanted to start early,” she wrote at the time. “I do my best to fast until noon (with the exception of coffee). For lunch, I either have a salad or a high-protein meal. I eat my dinner around 6:30 p.m., which is the last meal before going to bed (not snacking).”
She added, “I do my best to avoid carbs or sugar, but sometimes I give myself a little treat.”
Overall, Sofia reminded her fans to follow their own journey when it comes to their looks.
“You should do what’s best for your body,” she encouraged. “Incorporating carbs isn’t horrible when you’re training hard. Hope this helps!”
