The town hall of Saint-Brevin has been the victim of a cyberattack since Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., according to our colleagues from France Bleu Loire Océan. It started a few hours before the march organized in support of the resigning mayor of the town, Yannick Morez.

As a precaution, everything has been cut off: no fixed telephones, computers or emails. “We are doing everything we can to continue our public service missions and the reception of users as a priority”, indicated the town hall on its website. “The National Information Systems Security Agency as well as the State services have been alerted and specialized teams are mobilized”, indicate, moreover, our colleagues. The investigation is ongoing. “It may take some time, maybe several days. We didn’t really need that, ”said someone close to the mayor.
