Ryan added: “Pat Sajak is a legend that I have admired and watched for so many years, and knowing that this show is a must-see for America and such a destination for people and families in the evening, I want just doing my best work and making it transparent and making sure people continue to enjoy it.
But before Ryan took on the role of Wheel of Fortune host, the star was focused on unveiling the Ryan Seacrest Foundation’s latest Seacrest Studio, a broadcast media center for patients at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Queens, New York, on September 19.
Detailing how he came up with the idea for Seacrest Studios, Ryan shared, “I wanted to do something tangible for my mission and my purpose and my foundation. And I met with parents at different children’s hospitals and I told them talked about what their children were like in passing and asked them how they got on.
He noted: “There was no coherent answer, so I thought, ‘What if we could build something that was the heartbeat, the pulse of the hospital, in the middle of the hospital, who would allow them to escape? » And that’s how the idea of the studio came to us. »
