MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Russian Ministry of Defense considers the bombing of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant by Ukrainian forces an act of nuclear terrorism under a UN convention adopted by a resolution of the General Assembly of United Nations chief of the Russian National Defense Control Center, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev, who also heads Russia’s humanitarian response coordination headquarters, said Saturday.
