RBC Online Banking – A review of RBC and its online banking services
RBC online banking is one of the most widely used banks in Canada today, and it offers both personal and business online banking accounts, so no matter what category you fall into, you can get an account that meets your needs.
With your personal online bank account, there are many advantages to note. First, you can pay your bills on the go and on the road. If you’re not near an RBC branch, that’s no problem. Simply open your account online and pay your bills from there.
It’s a shame that more people aren’t taking advantage of online banking, and RBC banking in particular, because it truly is one of the greatest time-savers today. Especially if you make a lot of transactions and withdrawals, why go to the bank every time, when you can manage it online or over the phone?
It’s useful for everyone, but it’s an absolute necessity if you travel outside of Canada often, as there obviously won’t be an RBC bank branch near you, and your only choice to access to your funds is to do it over the Internet or Telephone.
If you’re in the slightest bit concerned about the security of RBC online banking, rest assured that it really isn’t an issue. They have come up with a one hundred percent guarantee that says if someone else makes a transaction on your account without your permission, you will be paid one hundred percent of the money they have withdrawn.
They do this because, assuming you followed all the guidelines, such as logging out of your account after using it (especially on a public computer!) and a few other variables, it will be their fault, and so they want to keep you as a satisfied customer.
Rest assured, though, you usually won’t have to worry about taking advantage of it, as hacking into bank accounts is incredibly difficult these days, so you’ll probably never have to use it with online banking. RBC.
