Rasmus Hojlund has revealed he immediately called his FC Copenhagen twin brothers after Manchester United drew them in the Champions League.
The Man United striker played for Copenhagen, passing through their academy, and it is also his hometown.

His younger brothers, however, are following in his footsteps and recently made the jump to the first team together.
Twins Oscar and Emil have high hopes of following their older brother’s professional trajectory, which took him to Old Trafford.
But by a remarkable coincidence, they will meet in the third round of the Champions League group stage. The two sides will meet at Old Trafford on October 24 before facing off in the Danish capital on November 8.
Ahead of the family reunion, Rasmus told Danish newspaper Bold.DK: “I’m really looking forward to meeting in the Champions League. It’s great to meet your old club.

“It’s my home club. It’s not often that you meet your brothers in your career!
“I called my brothers after the draw. Our parents were a bit divided as they weren’t sure who to expect.
“But my brothers and I were like, ‘Come on!’ We are competitive people, which is why we are where we are today.”
Hojlund made his debut for Copenhagen aged 17 before leaving for Austrian side Sturm Graz in 2022.

But he didn’t stay there long and was snapped up by Atalanta six months later, spending just one season in Serie A before Erik ten Hag called him up.
The Dutchman had made the striker his top priority to fill the vacancy left by Wout Weghorst.
And after a £72million deal was agreed with Atalanta, Hojlund has achieved his dream move to United.
However, he had to wait for his debut after being ruled out for the early stages of the season due to injury.
He faced Arsenal but couldn’t do much to prevent the Red Devils from succumbing to a 3-1 defeat.
