In Quimperlé, the demonstrators decided to block the expressway at Mellac. 1,300 people walked the streets of Quimperlé peacefully this Saturday morning. Then the situation became tense. The procession split and a large majority of demonstrators decided to break the course. Despite the opposition of the gendarmes, the demonstrators descended on the RN 165 at the Kervidanou exit, in Mellac.

The group of 300 people went up to the Kergostiou exit, in the Quimper-Lorient direction. The road was blocked for more than an hour in both directions. In small groups, and despite reinforcements from Lorient, they gradually left the expressway and dispersed in front of the Bigard group. RN 165 was blocked until 1:35 p.m.
