Prosecutors: 4 Mexican soldiers arrested for family kidnapping

MEXICO CITY — Prosecutors in central Mexico say they have arrested four soldiers accused of kidnapping a family and holding them for ransom.

Central Tlaxcala State prosecutors said earlier this week that the four men abducted a mother, uncle, daughter and boy. The suspects drove them away, demanding a ransom equivalent to around $100,000, authorities said.
