One dead and nine injured in shooting in San Bernardino

One person has died and nine are injured after gunfire erupted in a large crowd of revelers in San Bernardino, California.

Filming took place shortly before midnight on Friday.

A witness told ABC7 she saw teenagers who appeared to be gathered for a graduation party at a hookah bar near the corner of North Palm and Highland Avenue.

She said after the first shooting, a vehicle pulled into the gas station where she was pumping gas and someone inside opened fire, shooting two girls.

A police statement confirmed that the crowd of people were in the area to attend a party.

There was a massive response from law enforcement who remained in place on Saturday morning.

A report says the deceased is a 20-year-old man whose identity has yet to be officially confirmed.

No arrests have been made and the motive for the shooting is unknown at this time.
