Noor Alfalah has filed for full physical custody of the three-month-old son she shares with actor Al Pacino.
The 29-year-old filed a motion on Wednesday seeking to determine the parental relationship with the legendary actor in Los Angeles, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The deposit is often used by unmarried couples with children to establish child custody, visitation and child support.
Although she wants physical custody, she is willing to grant ‘reasonable visitation’ rights to the 83-year-old and has asked to share legal custody, which would give him a say in important decisions such as as schooling and medical treatment.
She’s also asking that the “Scarface” actor pay for his legal fees and any other court-related costs.
Noor also included a copy of a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage”, which proves that Al is the biological father of Roman Alfalah Pacino.
The couple welcomed their first child together – Al’s fourth – on June 6, according to court documents.

While sources told TMZ at the time that the pair were thrilled, the ‘Godfather’ actor reportedly demanded a paternity test when he found out she was pregnant.
Sources told the outlet that Al was “shocked” and didn’t think he could get someone pregnant due to a medical condition that usually causes infertility.
In fact, the actor apparently didn’t find out Noor was pregnant until two months before she gave birth.
Still, once things were settled, Al seemed thrilled to expand his family, calling the pregnancy “special” in a video obtained by the Daily Mail.
“It’s very special,” he told the outlet. “It has always been the case. I have many children. But it’s really special at that time.
In the months since Roman’s arrival, Al and Noor have been spotted at numerous dinner parties and were last seen together in early August.
Page Six was first to break the news of Al and Noor’s 2022 romance after learning they secretly started dating two years prior during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“She’s been with Al for a while and they get along really well,” a source shared. “The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he’s older than his father.”
The source noted that Noor, who was previously linked to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire investor Nicolas Berggruen, “does mostly date very wealthy older men.”
