On Tuesday afternoon, NFL All-Pro Aaron Donald announced via Twitter that he would be parting ways with Wests’ marketing agency, Donda Sports.

His release bed: “Our family has made the decision to separate from Donda Sports. The recent comments and displays of hatred and anti-Semitism are the exact opposite of how we choose to live our lives and raise our children. We find them irresponsible and goes against everything we believe in as a family.

“As parents and members of society, we felt responsible for sending a clear message that hateful words and actions have consequences and that we need to do better as human beings. We don’t think that our beliefs, voices and actions belong to a space that distorts and oppresses people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and races.

“In light of this, after sharing conversations, I now recognize that there are times when my voice and position cannot co-exist in spaces that do not align with my position or values. And, for this reason, I am terminating my association with Donda Sports.

“I look to continue to provide mentorship, love and support to the amazing children, teachers and young athletes that I have been grateful to bond and bond with during my time at Donda Academy.”
