Rival website Zillow values Harry and Meghan’s home at £21.6million ($26,485,500) but claims it could fetch up to £30million ($36.81million)
Sitting on 7.4 acres with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, their home in the exclusive celebrity enclave features a private movie theater, gym, spa and wine cellar. .
It has a pub games room, a swimming pool and a separate guest house where Meghan’s mother Doria stays when she comes from her home in Los Angeles, 90 miles south of Montecito.
“Property prices have skyrocketed over the past 18 months and show no signs of stopping,” a local luxury real estate agent told The Sun.
“Harry and Meghan just had to sit back and watch the value of their home skyrocket.”
