The stars of Drive to Survive and Full Swing will take to the golf course during Netflix’s first live event, “The Netflix Cup.”
The streaming giants are the brains behind F1 and golf’s biggest docuseries that bring behind-the-scenes footage to fans.
Drive to Survive first launched in 2019 and features some of the biggest stars in the world of motorsport, with a season six on the way.
The Full Swing golf series debuted earlier this year and follows PGA Tour talent in exclusive footage.
The two sports will now join forces as Netflix announced its first ever live sporting event with a unique crossover tournament.
A match play golf tournament will be held at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas on November 14.
It will take place just days before the Las Vegas Grand Prix, part of an exciting sporting week in Sin City.
Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz, McLaren’s Lando Norris, Williams’ Alex Albon and Alpine’s Pierre Gasly are expected to represent F1 on the course.
Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas of the PGA TOUR will remain at the clubs as golf representatives.
The Netflix tournament will feature four pairs, each made up of an F1 driver and a PGA golfer.
An eight-hole match will be played and the top two teams will advance to the final hole, with the winners taking home the Netflix Cup.
UK fans can watch the event live on the streaming service from around 11pm on November 14.
