NASCAR in Charlotte, Live Race Updates, Results, 2021 Coca-Cola 600 Highlights

Chase Elliott will look to become the first consecutive winner of the 2021 NASCAR season on Sunday, a week after winning the rain-cut Texas Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas.

Luckily for Elliott, he was very successful at Charlotte Motor Speedway, finishing second at the 2020 Coca-Cola 600 – albeit heartbreakingly – then coming back to win the Alsco Uniforms 500 and Bank of America Roval 400.

Elliott, who finished third in Saturday’s qualifying and fifth in the NASCAR Cup Series points standings, has performed exceptionally well in the last four races: he finished in the top 10 in Kansas, Darlington, Dover and Texas, including among the top five at all except Darlington.
