Murder of Kylian Klising in Carantec: three accused at the assizes from September 5 to 8 – Bretagne

On June 21, 2021, Kylian Klissing, 18, was shot dead in Carantec. Three days later, four men suspected of being involved in his death were brought before the prosecution of the Brest judicial court, after 48 hours in police custody. The death of the young man had aroused very strong emotion in the seaside town.

Almost two years later, the President of the Court of Assizes, Aurore Carpentier, announced, on Monday May 22, the holding in Quimper of a judicial session devoted to this case, between September 5 and 8, 2023. Three people are called to appear: the first, a man, detained in the Brest prison, for “murder and destruction of document or object concerning a crime or an offense to obstruct the manifestation of the truth”; a second person, a woman, remained free, for “destruction of document or object concerning a crime or an offense to obstruct the manifestation of the truth” and finally, the third person, a man, placed under judicial supervision, for ” violence not resulting in total incapacity for work with the use or threat of a weapon”. They will be advised by Me Vincent Le Luyer for the first two and Me Fabrice Quantin for the third, lawyers at the Brest bar.

As for the civil parties, eleven people will be represented by Me David Rajjou, lawyer at the Brest bar.
