Mesquite Heat Fire evacuates Camp Able from Buffalo Gap |  KTAB

BUFFALO GAP, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Camp Able, a Buffalo Gap nonprofit that provides equine therapy for people with disabilities and a sanctuary for unwanted or neglected horses, was ordered to evacuate Wednesday night.

According to a facebook postst of Camp Able, the association asks for prayers for its staff, volunteers and horses.

The message said he was in the process of evacuating all of his animals at Trails End Ranch, as well as his two additional auxiliary pastures. They said they were evacuating 35 of the pipes from Camp Able, along with three other horses belonging to a neighbour.

Camp Able staff are working to evacuate their animals safely and need the roads clear to do so.
