Melissa Ortega: Two arrested for fatally shooting eight-year-old girl in Chicago, reports say

Two men have been arrested and are expected to be charged in the shooting death of 8-year-old Melissa Ortega, according to multiple reports.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested as a possible shooter while a 27-year-old man was arrested after being arrested in the car police believe was used in the shooting, according to The Chicago Sun Times.
