You will never know what you will find!

A TikTok user, known as Tommylips, discovered a new way to make a new “best friend” when he discovered a five-year college degree at Goodwill.

In a previous TikTok video, Tommylips shared that one of his favorite places to check out at Goodwill is the book section where he “always checks big books like Harry Potter.”

While browsing the shelves, a Star Wars book caught Lip’s eye and was shocked when he found a college degree within the pages of a book.

Little did he know that this would lead to the start of a new friendship.

He searched Instagram for his owner – a man named Jacob Calabrese, according to the video – but received no response to his message.

The search continued to find Calabrese on LinkedIn.

Lips eventually received a response from Calabrese who messaged, “Sounds like me, can you send a pic?”

The diploma read Calabrese’s name and his school, “California State University, Northridge” as of 2018.

After confirming that the diploma was really his, he offered to pay Lips to send him his diploma along with the book.

Lips asked Calabrese for $69 on Venmo as a joke, but he completed his request.

As a joke, Lips asked for $69 on Venmo, but his future friend complied with the request anyway.

Lips then worked hard to create a package he felt was worth the extra money.

To accompany the book, he filled the package with several “Star Wars” figures, including BB-8, a Chewbacca keychain, a Yoda sticker and a vintage Watto stuffed animal.

Keeping with the theme, Lips wrote a message on a “Star Wars” birthday card that read, “Happy Early/Belated Birthday! Thanks for the Mems.

He filled the card with a gift card for Chilis and completed the message, “ps hope you like Chilis.”

The Star Wars book, diploma, map and figures were boxed and sent to Calabrese.

Three days after sending the package, Calabrese sent a selfie to show that he had regained his diploma.

The video has received over 370,000 views and 52,000 likes since it was posted on Tuesday.

In the comments, people were touched by the story with messages such as “Seriously, it’s nice to do that” and “Wait, this is the best story ever. A real happy ending.

Others want the two new best friends to meet and are curious how the degree got to Goodwill in the first place.
