L.A. Motorcyclist Speeding 130mph Dies After Horrific Crash Captured On Video

A motorcyclist traveling at more than 130 mph on a Los Angeles street on Thursday afternoon died after colliding with another vehicle.

The Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News that the driver’s license plate came back stolen. A department official said officers were following the motorcycle and were not in pursuit at the time of the crash.

The horrific crash was captured on FOX 11. The driver can be seen speeding down a Los Angeles street notWest Hills neighborhood just after 1 p.m.

The driver drives past other cars and at one point appears to be standing while driving.

As the driver approaches the intersection of Roscoe Blvd. and Fallbrook Ave, the motorcycle crashes into another vehicle and can be seen flying through the air.

FOX 11 reported that the driver died, but this has not been independently confirmed by LAPD. The Los Angeles Fire Department said the driver was “determined dead at the scene.” The identity of the driver has not been revealed.

The Devonshire Division of the LAPD and the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene. LAPD told Fox News that two other people were injured, but the extent of those injuries was unclear.
