KARDASHIAN fans have spotted an “embarrassing” detail in Kim’s glamorous new selfie.
She pouted for Instagram after rumors she had a “secret boob job and a facelift”.

Kim, 41, posed in the Three Sinful Instagram Stories on Thursday.
In the front seat of her car, she applied a filter to give herself devilish horns in every video.
She brushed her French tipped nails near her labia majora and bit her finger – in another clip, her eyes turned blue and her nose bled.
But the devil was in the details, felt fans online as they zoomed in.
LIPS DON’T LIE
On Reddit, fans felt that Kim sketched her lips jarringly and couldn’t understand why.
“I hate overdubbing so much I don’t know why it’s a thing,” one wrote.
“Just whyiii,” wrote another.
“The last second [of the video] could be her or Megan Fox, they have officially merged,” wrote a third.

“She holds her mouth like she just ate spicy wings and it burns,” said a fourth.
“Don’t worry guys, she’s buying her next face,” a fifth quipped sternly.
The drastic detail, however, came as fans wondered if Kim had been secretly hiding that she had been doing work.
THE SCAN IS LOST?
The reality star boldly shared a scan of her body and revealed her body fat percentage on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
In the scan, there are two clear white circles where Kim’s breasts are – which fans thought was a sign she had implants.
One shared the scan on Reddit and explained that “anything white is something the machine reads as very dense.”
Another replied, “Okay Kim told us she got a makeover and now she’s telling us she got her boobs done!”
A third user wrote: “Yeah that was my first thought when she posted this. I don’t know if she realized she had unofficially let the cat out of the bag.”
Kim has always denied having plastic surgery, despite years of speculation about her famous curves.
Even earlier this week, her followers speculated that she had undergone a facelift after spotting what looked like scars next to her ears in daughter North’s TikTok.
Last month, the Hulu star denied having had facial surgery and insisted she had only ever had Botox.
During an interview with Allure, the mother-of-four claimed she got a little Botox on her forehead.
“I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. Once everyone is in bed, I do laser treatments.”
The reality star first had the injections aged 29 in 2010 and gave up on the procedure after her skin had an unpleasant reaction.
On a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim slipped up and admitted to getting Botox again.
She said, “Thank goodness for the Botox,” while discussing the stress of studying to become a lawyer.
Fans also wondered if the star received implants after noticing a drastic change in the appearance of her behind.
SPECULATION ON SURGERY
The beauty mogul finally admitted in 2016 to improving her buttocks, but said she received cortisone injections to treat a skin condition.
She explained during a livestream: “I went to get a cortisone injection in the buttocks.
“I lived just behind Kitson [the boutique in Los Angeles]. A neighbor of mine was a dermatologist at Cedars.
“I go there and he’s like, ‘There’s a one in a billion chance you’ve got a huge gash in your butt.’ Of course, I get a huge imprint on my butt.”
Recently, fans shared a theory that Kim used her weight loss for the Met Gala to hide the removal of her supposed butt fillers.
The entrepreneur revealed she lost 16 pounds in just three weeks to fit into her bodycon Marilyn Monroe dress.
However, Kim’s followers have speculated that she “used the narrative” of trying to fit into the dress to hide the reduction in her alleged butt lift.
Kim shares children North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three, with ex-husband Kanye West.
The SKIMS founder filed for divorce – which has not been finalized – from the rapper in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
Amid reconciliation rumors, The US Sun can confirm that Kim’s attorney, Laura Wasser, said in court Friday that the exes were “working things out” and “communicating.”
