Fox News contributor Joe Concha said on Monday there was “no way” former President Trump could be indicted over classified documents unless President Biden was also charged, calling the House Blanche after the discovery of a fourth batch of documents in the president’s beach house in Delaware. Concha told “Fox & Friends First” that developments in classified documents could signal problems for Biden and Trump’s 2024 plans.
WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR: TIMELINE OF BIDEN’S CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS DEFAULT
JOE CONCHA: It is impossible, in a sane and sober world, that donald trump can be indicted right now unless Biden is as well, and we know the latter won’t happen because the whole thing is either weird or rancid. All of these classified documents, they’re in three different places, and they’ve been there for six years now. Right now, a sitting president was probably going to announce that he would run again. Now they are all discovered, aren’t they? This gaze makes the marsh look like the Mediterranean.
Peter Doocy, I think, asked what I thought was the best question last week when he pressed Karine Jean-Pierre on the Wilmington home visitor logs. Now remember, Joe Biden has been in Delaware for almost 200 days, 61 weekends of his presidency in Delaware since becoming president. And the press secretary is going to respond by saying, “Well, we’ve been very transparent about the White House logs.” No, we’re asking about Delaware newspapers because we need to know who’s been in and out of a crime scene, especially in Wilmington, Delaware, where the president is right now, and everyone preservation of documents found throughout this houseincluding next to his Corvette.
