TikToker @stephunleashed shared the news of her alleged dismissal in a video where she claimed she was once a “Walmart coach”.

In the clip, the alleged worker, whose name is Stephanie, rips off one of her old work shirts and fist pumps as the text “Love the hate feeling but here’s to 2023 baby” appears on the outside. ‘screen.

She claimed she was let go for her behind-the-scenes TikToks, and she even shared one that allegedly got her in big trouble.

In the follow-up video, the Walmart trainer took her followers through an inventory change at the store and claimed she was working 17 hour days.

“This is the worst inventory I’ve had in 20 years at Walmart,” she said.

According to Walmart’s website, a coach “supports their team by ensuring their goals align with company goals” and helps co-workers plan their long-term careers.

“I sleep three and a half hours. I worked 5 p.m. yesterday, and it’s the ninth day out of 10,” the chef said.

She then shared videos of workers teaming up in the store as they browsed through merchandise on the sales floor.

According to the ex-employee, “inventory” people walk into the store and count each of the items.

Then the workers have to recount after them to double check the numbers.

Stephanie recorded video of herself scanning barcodes on a handheld device and documenting the quantity of each item on the shelf.

The process seems to take time, but in the end the team managed to get the job done.

“13 hours later, we’re done,” she says at the end of the three-minute clip.

“I didn’t stay for the numbers, but I’m sure it’s not going to be good.

“So it’s a wrap, I’m f*****g exhausted, broke f*****g nails, so peace, day 10 tomorrow and then vacation.

“Lord, help me, I feel like I’m dead.”

Stephanie never clarified why she was fired, but posted another follow-up video in which she deduced that the president of Walmart saw her TikToks.

“I bet he enjoyed every single one of them,” she wrote in the caption.

The news of her alleged dismissal sparked a debate in the comments over whether or not Stephanie’s posts justified the dismissal.

“Walmart fired you for what? To show off their scanners from the 1990s and explain how inventory is going at every store in America? Wow,” someone said.

Another person wrote: “And Walmart thinks it’s a secret??? This is how all the big box stores do inventory…”

Another user said the dismissal may have been because she broke a “social media policy” the company may have.

“I don’t condone you getting fired, but Walmart probably has a social media policy that you may have violated by recording during your shift, especially in the back room,” they wrote. .

And others guessed that maybe she just got in trouble because she was on the phone at work.

The US Sun contacted Walmart to comment on the incident, but did not immediately respond.
