Tucker Carlson showed again Tuesday that he is the king of hypocrisy when he bombastically declared that former President Barack Obama is “an enemy”.
Carlson – who regularly spits out white, anti-immigrant, and controversial nationalist rhetoric on his widely watched prime-time Fox News show – denounced Obama’s criticism of “some right-wing media” in his interview Monday with CNN’s Anderson Cooper.
Obama lamented how such organizations “monetize and capitalize on the fear and resentment of a white population witnessing a changing America and demographic shifts, and do all they can to make people feel that their way of life. life is threatened and people try to take advantage of them.
Carlson fired back, saying Obama had “spent eight years dividing the country along racial lines.”
“This guy is an enemy. For real, ”Carlson added, responding to Obama’s mockery of the attention Conservatives are currently giving to critical race theory in relation to other issues plaguing the country.
Twitter users were quick to point out the hypocrisy of Carlson’s attack:
There is more hatred in Tucker’s jowls than in the whole person of Obama.
