How Lamar Odom teaches his children to learn from their mistakes

Another dream come true? Lamar will be cheering on Destiny as she makes her modeling debut September 24 at the 2nd Annual Couture Fighting Cancer Fashion Show at MainRo in Los Angeles, presented by Winnie Stackz and Hair Queen LA.

And Destiny’s debut on the track couldn’t be more fitting.

“Fashion has always been an innate sense, so connecting with this show made sense,” she said. “I have ties to cancer, my grandmother passed away from it, my father’s mother and my uncle caught it.”

To prepare for the event, Destiny puts on her best face, getting an AquaGold facial (with her dad, of course) from Dr. David Sadaatand an eyelash and eyebrow lift by Emily Phelps.

And while Destiny draws inspiration from model legends like Naomi Campbell and Imanshe’s ready to smash her own glass ceilings: “I’m trying to build my own path and I don’t want to be locked in.”

Having Lamar by her side during this important stage of her career makes her all the more special, as she said, “I’m having fun spending time with my dad.”
