History repeats itself: this lucrative phenomenon is repeating itself

A few common factors connect some of the most lucrative investment opportunities in American history: being in the right place… at the right time… with cash in hand.
It sounds a little simplistic, but considering that only 22 million Americans can be considered millionaires, it’s not as simple as it sounds.
Location, more than any of these three factors, is the most important. And today, I’m going to show you where that next opportunity is and how to best position yourself to derive wealth from it.
Let’s take a walk down Memory Lane to places in the United States where opportunities like this have presented themselves in the past…
Are you on the “right” side of this wealth shift?
On one side of our great divide, more than 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. On the other hand, a few smart Americans have encountered a unique window of opportunity… with upside potential of 1000% returns and more. But you need to act fast to claim your bet…
Clusters and superclusters
I call this key phenomenon of wealth creation “the cluster effect”. In a nutshell, the “cluster effect” is a term that economists use to describe not only Why the booms are coming but Or they will arrive.
And why, once they gain momentum…these booms can have an accelerated, even exponential impact when it comes to building wealth.
It’s called a “cluster” event because, more often than not, these booms occur when a handful of related businesses gather in one place. Very quickly, they begin to build a network between them. This network attracts expertise… which breeds innovation… which, in turn, attracts investors… which attracts more talent and breeds more innovation…
And very soon you have a mega-boom on your hands.
Whenever these “clusters”…or at best, “superclusters”…emerge, they can force huge technological changes…and even social changes.
This can spread throughout the entire US economy, even far beyond the origin of these innovation superclusters. The US “supercluster” booms have also created enormous financial opportunities that have extended far beyond their humble beginnings.
In the past, these American booms have hit an incredible number of local millionaires…. and quite a few billionaires. But they eventually expanded and created new avenues to wealth for other investors as well. Including investors far from where the supercluster started.
This “cluster effect” has triggered at least seven mega-booms in US history
Long before Henry Ford ushered in the age of the automobile in the 1900s, Detroit was little more than a French fur trading post. After that, it was a small town surrounded by Michigan farmland.
But that all changed when the first Model T rolled off the assembly line…
The car caught on, and other automakers stepped in to get a piece of the action.
Not only did Detroit eventually become the wealthiest city in America, but it was also the automobile capital of the entire world.
Then Pittsburgh became the steel capital.
To the south, Houston found oil, kickstarting an energy supercluster.
You see what I mean ?
With the “cluster effect”, the opportunities multiply. For Houston, it paved the way for high-tech companies, engineering firms, healthcare, software and financial companies…even NASA.
Meanwhile, to the north, Boston has become a biotech supercluster…in the square miles surrounding Harvard and MIT, you’ll find more than 1,000 biopharmaceutical companies that call the Boston area home.
To the west you will find two superclusters in California – the Big Tech supercluster which includes Silicon Valley. It’s home to at least 30 of the world’s biggest tech companies…plus 40,000 newer launches…and a staggering stack of riches.
Silicon Valley hasn’t just made a fortune for a few computer enthusiasts. For better or worse, it also led to the transformative power of the iPhone… which unleashed Uber, Airbnb and a $6.3 trillion app market worldwide.
Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, you’ll find Hollywood’s entertainment supercluster. We’ve gone from black-and-white silent movies… to talkies… to billion-dollar blockbusters… and multi-billion dollar movie franchises, some of which can span 15 or 20 sequels distributed in the whole world.
At each stage, Hollywood created widespread prosperity and enormous fortunes. As proof, simply sit in your seat and watch the full credits roll at the end of a movie. It’s amazing how many people get paid to do a two hour entertainment.
Then there is the Wall Street financial supercluster…
Still, this is perhaps the best example of the “cluster effect” you’ll ever encounter. In the eight blocks surrounding the Wall Street trading floor, you’ll find an incredible number of banks and brokerages, financial advisory firms…even a branch of the Federal Reserve.
Thanks to Wall Street, millions of companies have the money to grow, innovate and rebuild. And millions of Americans have a place to park their retirement accounts.
Love it or hate it, the “Street” is now the gateway to capital for tens of thousands of American companies and the barometer of the global economy.
The next supercluster could be in your backyard
This “supercluster” phenomenon is no coincidence. It’s built into the US economic cycle.
And a whole new supercluster is taking shape.
Only this time it takes place in a place that will surprise many people. Especially our global elites.
I firmly believe that this place you are about to see – here in the American Heartland – is potential “ground zero” for America’s next great economic renaissance.
