Mike Tyson said he ‘shouldn’t even be on public planes’ as he opened up about his altercation with another passenger in April.
Last month, a video emerged showing Tyson repeatedly punching a man in the face during a flight from San Francisco to Florida.
The man initially demanded a photo from Tyson but then began taunting the former heavyweight champion which resulted in the beating.
It has since been revealed that the man will not press charges against Tyson according to San Mateo County District Attorney Stephen M. Wagstaffe.
Speaking on his Hotboxin’ podcast, Tyson seemed relieved to have put the incident behind him, as he reflected, saying: ‘Yeah they said they wouldn’t take charge.
“He was f*****g with me, man. I took pictures with this nigga.
“I shouldn’t even take public planes. My wife gets mad, I take public planes.
Tyson then discussed how he’s supposed to travel otherwise, asking, “What am I going to do on an af*****g plane with my friends and [a bodyguard] is he supposed to watch me?
“A bodyguard and an af*****g yes man. What am I going to do on a plane?
