Law enforcement say a gunman is now in custody soon afterconfirmed him open fireplace on a Bronx sidewalk, catching two youngsters in the crossfire. Michael Lopez, 27, faces numerous expenses, such as attempted murder and reckless endangerment, officers claimed.
Law enforcement resources instructed CBS New York that Lopez has known gang ties and five prior arrests.
The brazen capturing was caught on digital camera previous Thursday on Sheridan Avenue in the Mount Eden neighborhood.
