Greg Gutfeld: The parodies we created are now real

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

This will boil your blood if you have blood left after it squirts out of your eyeballs. It’s an incredible story, but somehow believable these days from the New York Post.

The Wisconsin school district has filed sexual harassment complaints against three college students for calling a classmate by the wrong pronoun. I know I know. How are these kids even supposed to know what a pronoun is when they’re too busy learning how racist they are? Priorities, people.

It’s not some goofy left city on either left coast. It is a school district in Kyle, Wisconsin, a town of only 3,600 people. Talk about small. Larry Kudlow could accommodate that many people in his steam room and he tried. Do you already have a court date for this, Larry?

Anyway, apparently school administrators have accused three Kiel middle school eighth-grade students of sexual harassment after an incident in April where the kids refused to use “they” to refer to a schoolmate. class who had changed pronouns a month before the so-called incident.

I said it before and I say it again. The only time you should refer to someone as “her” is if they’re over 400 pounds, like they love pancakes, or they’re blocking the fire escape.

One of the mothers of the accused child or “person who gives birth” to Democrats gives us the inside scoop.

MOTHER OF THE ACCUSED CHILD: I received a phone call from the principal of the elementary school warning me, letting me know that I was going to receive an email containing allegations of sexual harassment against my son.

…

He said he would be charged with sexual harassment for not using proper pronouns. I thought it wasn’t real. I thought it must be a gag, a joke.

You and me both. But his son Braden has been charged. And with what? Do you have a low tolerance to BS? But it seems made up to me because it’s so on the nose in terms of realizing our own critiques of enlightenment.

It’s like the government is sending out free crack pipes when I’ve already paid full price. But it’s real. I guess it’s the world we live in where the parodies we created months ago are now suddenly real. In other words, the far left is so crazy that it is now predictable.

Remember, five years ago Jordan Peterson, an obscure Canadian professor, was threatened with punishment at his college for failing to follow new pronoun guidelines. He refused to comply, and when people heard his story, he became a hero, which is easy to be in Canada, where your only options for hero are Peterson and a black-faced monster. And he predicted that rejecting obligatory pronouns would eventually become a crime. People laughed at him, mainly because he was right.

Meanwhile, here’s a guy from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty defending the accused students by saying pronoun abuse isn’t covered by Title IX.

LUC BERG: Title IX sexual harassment generally covers things like rape, dating violence, sexual favors quid pro quo, right? Really blatant stuff. There is nothing close to what is alleged in this case.

…

The charge against students for sexual harassment is an extreme abuse of the Title IX process. This is totally inappropriate and totally mishandled by the school district.

Totally. Very informative tape there. We’re almost like a news program. Almost. Now, the district considers a student’s refusal to use pronouns a form of bullying, and the district prohibits all forms of bullying and harassment. All forms of bullying. Isn’t forcing students to say what they don’t believe a form of bullying? Let me save you unnecessary internal mental debate and tell you that the answer is yes.

Of course, if the alleged student victim had been teased, the teachers or principal should speak up. But not with accusations of sexual harassment, which could destroy reputations. It’s a bit out of proportion. Like swatting a fly with Joy Behar.

It shows you why so many parents across the country are freaking out now. Not only do they have to worry about CRT, drugs, and social media, but they have to worry about a leftist, dopey school administrator canceling the kid’s reputation before he’s old enough to have one.

Parents, you are now labeled a homophobe if you don’t want gender-obsessed activists teaching your kids “they” and “them.” You are called national terrorists. If you openly question school closures, mask mandates, or the brainwashing called CRT.

Yes, parents are terrorists, even if the only way to blow yourself up is on a high carb diet. And parents are now being told you’re a bigot if you think it’s inappropriate for drag queens to do story time in class. And I agree. Keep that shit out of the schools and where it belongs, my house on a Saturday night. Look, I don’t have kids. They feel. But I’m so pissed off that I’m thinking of adopting.

But just imagine when it moves beyond the classroom.

STAFF 1: Hi. Yes, I would like to speak to Deborah about her extended warranty.

STAFF 2: His? My pronouns are dirt and bag.

STAFF 1: Oh. Anyway, I’m calling about your 1996 Geo Prism.

STAFF 2: Oh, my car identifies as a volt as in “revolt”.

STAFF 1: Oh. Are you having problems with your electrical installation?

STAFF 2: **** the system.

STAFF 1: Oh okay. Well, our warranty includes a free tire lever and jack anyway and those come in handy.

STAFF 2: Practice? You ableist bastard. Also, it’s not a car jack. It’s a car.

STAFF 1: OK. Thanks for your time, sir.

Apparently they like the Dirt Bag better than Kat.

So we will keep an eye on this story. Maybe the charges will be dismissed. Maybe it will turn out that there is more than meets the eye.

One thing is certain, it is not because it seems absurd that it is false. In today’s world, the absurd has become the norm. No wonder parents are pissed, but don’t ask the question out loud or Merrick Garland will investigate you with the Patriot Act.
