WASHINGTON (AP) — The Taliban seem to have “strategic momentum” in the battle for regulate of Afghanistan as they put raising stress on key metropolitan areas, location the phase for a decisive interval in coming weeks as American forces entire their withdrawal, the best U.S. army officer reported Wednesday.
