Parts of the BODY belonging to three people, including a child, were found on fire in a garbage dump outside a Fort Worth business in Texas.
Authorities were only able to determine that there was an unknown child, a young woman and a 42-year-old man identified as David Luerres, authorities said.
Fort Worth firefighters made the initial response to put out the dumpster fire shortly before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday outside a storage business on Bonnie Drive, according to Star Telegram.
The Sun’s attempts to contact authorities were not immediately returned.
Firefighters soon discovered the three bodies burning in the trash and caused some of the grass to burn in the tree lawns.
Homicide detectives were quickly called to the scene.
The bodies were found to have been burned to such a degree and severely dismembered that authorities have not been able to identify all of the victims, WFAA reported.
“Identifying the perpetrators and suspects of this triple murder is the main objective of this investigation; any information related to a missing person or people who fit the description of the victims is appreciated,” police said.
Fort Worth Police say Lueras had ties to the Hurst, Euless and Bedford areas of the Lone Star State.
Authorities are seeking help in providing more information about the homicide.
