Former cabinet minister and Liberal MP Jim Carr dies

Jim Carr, former cabinet minister and current Liberal MP for Winnipeg South Centre, has died.

His passing was announced in the House of Commons by fellow Winnipeg MP Kevin Lamoureux, followed by a minute’s silence.
