A FIRE in downtown Louisville has resulted in a warehouse collapse as large plumes of smoke can be seen for miles around.
Multiple crews are at the scene of the fire, including the Louisville Fire Department, as they work to control the flames.
The warehouse collapsed around 8:15 p.m., according to the WDRB.
The fire is in the Russell neighborhood of Louisville.
Residents are asked to avoid the area as crews remain on site.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
