Media reports that the FBI agents seen outside Democratic Texas Representative Henry Cuellar’s home and campaign office were there as part of an investigation related to Azerbaijan and contacts in the United States.

Thursday, ABC News reported that sources say the search of Cuellar’s home and office by the FBI was part of a federal investigation related to ties between the former Soviet republic and several American businessmen.
